At Sheridan Maine, we believe that good people know good people, and we’re always grateful for your recommendations. To show our appreciation, we’ve created a Refer a Friend Scheme.

When you refer a friend or colleague and they’re successfully placed in a role within 4 months, and stay in that role for at least 15 weeks, you’ll receive a reward.

You can choose a gift voucher (Amazon, Apple, John Lewis, Target or Red Letter Days) or donate to a UK or US registered charity via JustGiving.

Vouchers and donation values cannot be split (e.g. £/$100 total, split between Amazon and John Lewis).
Sheridan Maine reserves the right to change the scheme at any time.

If the candidate has already approached us or applied independently, the referral may not apply.
Only one gift or donation per referral.

For interim or temporary placements

For candidates earning under £/$250 a day on placement, you can choose between a £/$50 voucher or a £/$100 charitable donation.

For candidates earning above £/$250 a day on placement, you can choose between a £/$100 voucher or a £/$250 charitable donation.

For permanent or fixed term contracts

For candidates earning under £/$50k per annum, you can choose between a £/$100 voucher or a £/$200 charitable donation.

For candidates earning above £/$50k per annum, you can choose between a £/$150 voucher or a £/$350 charitable donation.
