Oversees audit engagements, manages audit teams, and ensures timely and compliant completion of audits.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and manage audit engagements from start to finish.

• Review working papers, audit documentation, and reports for accuracy.

• Mentor and develop audit staff, including seniors and associates.

• Serve as the main client contact for audit queries and technical guidance.

• Identify and escalate significant accounting or audit issues.

• Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations.

• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Implement improvements to audit processes and methodologies.
