A brand new business partnering role within FP&A you'll be interfacing daily with Sales and commercial teams with a specific focus on customer pricing and commercial terms. This will include business case appraisal, the provision of sales performance analysis and insight, developing and updating the pricing model to create a single source of the truth, implementation of price files, accounting for and managing rebates, and coaching and supporting the sales team to develop their commercial awareness.
With this being a new position there will be a running theme of identifying problems, deep dive analysis, challenging the status quo, winning hearts and minds, coaching, collaborating and championing best practice and performance with your stakeholders.
