Part Time (20-25 hrs) Credit Controller – Tamworth (Hybrid)
Our client
A West Midlands based manufacturing business is looking for a new credit controller to join their growing finance team on a part time basis.
The Role
In this role you will assist with the day-to-day financial activities, whilst supporting the Sales Ledger Supervisor. Responsibilities will include:

  • Produce weekly cash collection/on stop/over limit reports
  • Ensuring credit limits and terms are kept up to date in MRP system (M2M)
  • Raising credit notes and manual sales invoices
  • Maintaining customers ledgers, setting up new accounts and performing credit checks
  • Entering cash receipts into cash books and allocating to Sales Ledger
 
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in the control and maintenance of a Sales Ledger
  • Excellent Excel and IT skills
  • In depth knowledge of credit control with hands-on experience of chasing customer debts
  • Confident with speaking to both internal and external customers
  • Experience and success with a similar role
On Offer:
  • 20 – 25 hours per week
  • £25,000 per annum (pro rata)
