Finance Analyst £45k Hybrid Working - Redditch The Company Sheridan Maine is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting new role within a well- established ,successful and thriving business. This role will be acquiring and analysing information to assist and challenge operations and sales teams
Duties Reporting to the Head of Finance you role will be responsible for supporting Directors and Operations Managers on multiple sites with quality insight and information:
Analysing margins to provide greater understanding of performance
Take the lead on budgets and forecasts and implementing adjustments.
Business partner with site and area managers while also collaborating with Head of department and director level stakeholders
Person Specification
Newly qualified ACMA/ACCA/ACA
Exposure to providing detail and insight to the numbers
Experience with business partnering at some level even if somewhat basic
