Ledger Assistant - £22,500 – hybrid working - Stafford A leading not-for-profit organization is looking to a ledger assistant to join their team based in the Stafford area. Duties As the Ledger Assistant, your main responsibility is to assist the Group’s business and the Ledger Supervisor in the processing of purchase and sales ledger transactions.
Supplier statement reconciliation
Allocation of direct debit payments to invoices
Chase outstanding debt
Register and match invoices from suppliers
Support the business in the use of purchase ordering systems
What are we looking for? The successful candidate must have strong numerical skills and be able to focus on detail and accuracy. You’ll also need to have previous ledger experience and be capable of developing strong relationships with customers and providing effective solutions.

Excellent Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, lookups)
