Payroll Manager - Managed Payrolls
A well-established business organization is looking for a payroll manager to join their friendly team with a great client list of approximately 16,000 in more than 100 countries. Duties
In this role you’ll be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of the company’s payroll solutions in line with the business strategies of their assigned geographical area. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing decisions independently, as well as:

  • Implementing a comprehensive set of standards and KPIs for the company’s payroll service.
  • Manage and support a payroll administration team to deliver the required level of service and ensure team member’s potential is maximised
  • Monitoring Payroll System
  • Implementation of quality control procedures and establish policies
  • Comply with tax obligations
 
What are we looking for?
The success candidate will be resilient and persistence with a keen desire to support change and drive improvement. You’ll be a clear and concise communicator with people management experience and proven track record in building trusted relationships.
The candidate will also need:
  • Payroll Management Qualification
  • Understanding of Public Sector Payroll - Strategic Payroll
  • Payroll Project Management Experience
  • Understanding of TUPE transitions
  • Payroll Systems and Data Reporting (Year end) experience
