Duties

Reporting to the FD, the Finance Business Partner will take the lead on budgeting and forecasting across the business as well as provide high level business partnering support. It is likely that you will have had some experience in an FP&A analytical role as well as commercial understanding.
Responsibilities include:

• Seek to protect Margins and provide ongoing data and updates on site performance

• Manage the commercial finance team providing leadership and support
• Provide finance business partnering support across the business especially to the operations managers.
• Deliver high quality budgets and forecasting
• Get involved in financial modelling examining different options with effective scenario analysis

• ACMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• Advanced financial planning knowledge gained in a multi - site environment preferably FMCG or Retail
• Ideally have a background Business partnering expertise and working with senior stakeholders
• Experience with improving business information, providing insight and better dashboards
• Able to coach and manage a team
