The role

• Support strategic business planning processes, interfacing with senior stakeholders both locally and at Group HQ in London
• Support production and delivery of process and timetable for reporting, forecasting, budgeting and planning
• Seek opportunities to improve models to enhance the quality of business planning
• Communicate strategic business plans and ensure their integration into actual, forecasts, budgets and 5 year plans
• Support the introduction of a rolling 18 month forecast process including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

• Fully qualified or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical skills - understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Experience of reporting and planning in, or auditing, a large or complex business
• Strong Excel skills (pivots, vlookups, sumifs etc)
• Credible and confident dealing with senior/executive level stakeholders
• Organisational skills - able to forward plan, prioritise and make things happen
• Tenacity - able to stay focussed under pressure and remain resilient, flexible through change and busy periods
