Finance Manager - £54k +5k Car Allowance +Bonus The Company Our Redditch based client is a leading business in its sector . They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the Finance Director and Operations teams for this growing business. Duties
Lead a small finance team to produce timely reporting and meet deadlines the performance of the Accounting team to deliver departmental objectives
Produce Monthly Management Pack with incisive notes and expalanation internal and Group reports, including commentary and variance analysis
Improve financial controls and do a review of current processes and procedures
Manage Year end process and liaise with internal and external audit team
Oversee preparation of VAT and related reports. case
Person Specification
Qualified ACMA/ACCA/ACA the client would also welcome applications from finalists and Qualified By Experience candidates with relevant sector experience
Track record of managing finance teams
Experience reviewing and changing processes procedures .Overhaling financial controls
Exposure to system implementation and working with ERP systems
Good Excel skills ability to use Pivots and Lookups Sum ifs
