With your own region consisting of several areas and many branches you will interface between the central commercial finance team and regional operational management to proactively support and challenge sales performance through periodic business review meetings and the provision of meaningful commercial insight and input.
Excitingly, you will also play a key role in the rollout of improved depth and quality of financial data which is set to radically change the way performance is measured and managed at a local level. This will require you to deliver financial training to non-financial colleagues and drive the embedding of the role of finance within operational management.
This is a role which will enable you to get out from behind the desk and really shape the role of the Finance Business Partner in a pacy, vibrant business.
