Finance Business Partner - £60k-£65k + Car - Bromsgrove - Property The Company Our Bromsgrove based client is a leading property business . They are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the Commercial and Operations teams for this growing company. Duties
Produce information to facilitate strategy and business planning.
Preparation of the budget and walkthrough of the 3 year plan with the Chief Executive.
Production the Management Accounts pack for your division
Planning and financial modelling
Working easily with large data sets.
Support any Capex decisions with relevant information and business case
Person Specification
ACMA/ACCA/ACA
Likely to have a background of FP&A Analyst/Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager
Experience in supporting non finance teams with data and analysis
Management Accounts preparation
Track record of being able to deliver MI to various stakeholder groups.
