Working alongside the FP&A, Business Partnering and Financial Reporting teams you will take accountability and ownership for the Financial Management and Reporting for P&Ls, Balance Sheets and Cashflows for your areas, providing all aspects of financial support to the business and their teams, including commercial support, challenge and strategic decision making.
Your stakeholders will reach executive level across many areas of the business, and you'll be expected to get under the detail of your areas, understanding the business and its many drivers and using your commercial acumen to truly understand the forecast and provide meaningful insight to drive future performance.
An experienced business partner is sought, so you'll need to be able to demonstrate exceptional analytical ability, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage and influence at all levels. You'll need to be fully qualified, or at least expecting to qualify very soon, with experience gained in a fast-paced, complex environment. A collaborative, relationship-led style is key along with adaptability, an innate curiosity and willingness to learn.

Package to include a basic to £50,000 with a bonus of up to 12%. Flexible working arrangements are available, this role can be performed with a hybrid of 50/50 office/remote working.
