Our Birmingham based advisory firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive. This business has developed over the last 5 years with offices in 4 locations across the UK as well as increasing their areas of specialism. Our client’s portfolio consists of SME businesses with sizes between £1m – £20m. So if you would like to work within a fast growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Advisory firm, this could be the role for you.
You will support the Partners:
Providing advisory and transaction support service
Assisting in preparing Forecasts and budgets
MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice
Have input into the firms marketing and deal origination strategy
They are looking for dynamic ACA at a newly qualified level up to a few years post qualified experience and your background and firm size isn't important. We are looking for an individual to "fit" this firm. Adaptability, flexibility as well as ability are all important as is your ability to to move from the detail of analysis to attending board meetings to attending networking events seamlessly.
