Each consultant is allocated a geographic area and level to focus on, allowing our consultants to become experts within their field and offer a consultative approach to our clients. In order to develop and continue developing our consultants they enter a 12 week induction programme and a 2 year pre-planned development scheme. This scheme includes training on meetings, contract book, margins, effective interviewing, advertising copy, retainer process and external training for our on line video interviewing platform.
The recruitment sector is highly competitive so our consultants are given access to market leading technologies in order to remain at the forefront of our sector. Our in house CRM and marketing suites were acquired after extensive research, we offer consultants a Linkedin Recruiter licenceand and we are transitioning towards being a video lead recruitment business.
