Sheridan Maine is recruiting a Finance Manager for a large employer based north of Birmingham. The organisation have a long and successful track record and, due to the nature of their clients and contracts, have a healthy orderbook for the next 5 years. Sheridan Maine have agreed a video interviewing process, onboarding can be done remotely with any face to face meetings being managed within Government guidelines
The Finance Manager will manage 5 staff and support the Financial Controller with reviews of the financials for board presentations. The role is key in supporting onsite and offsite non-financial colleagues with financial guidance.

The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACCA, ACA, ACMA) with a period of PQE and be able to demonstrate stakeholder management. Experience of budgeting and forecasting, achieving deadlines and managing a team.
