Sheridan Maine is advertising on behalf of a well-established and growing accountancy practice to recruit a Qualified Auditor (Senior Associate). This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified auditor to take a hands-on role delivering high-quality audit services across a diverse client portfolio, while continuing to develop leadership and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities of the Qualified Auditor (Senior Associate) include:
- Delivering audit assignments across a varied portfolio of clients.
- Completing audits in collaboration with Audit Managers and Directors.
- Working both on-site and off-site at client premises as part of an audit team.
- Planning audit assignments and contributing to the preparation of financial statements.
- Supervising and training junior team members, ensuring they understand audit objectives and how their work fits into the wider engagement.
- Working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure audits are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to excellent client service.
The successful Qualified Auditor (Senior Associate) will have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- The ability to build strong working relationships that result in engaged teams and repeat client work.
- A positive attitude to feedback and a desire to work in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
- The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in the office.
