Billing and Credit Control Supervisor

Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting for a Billing & Credit Control Supervisor for growing organisation based in Reading.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who has previously managed a small team and is looking for a role where they can make a real impact. The key focus will be leading, motivating and developing, while also taking ownership of the wider billing function.
 
In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Managing, motivating and developing the billing team
• Implementing and setting team objectives and KPIs
• Actively undertake hands on billing and credit control duties
• Improving processes and ways of working
• Supporting the function as the organisation continues to grow
• Working closely with other teams to ensure billing is accurate and efficient

 
The business is  looking for someone who is confident managing people, positive and approachable, and brings energy and structure to the finance function. Strong billing experience is essential, alongside a proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
