Job Description

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with an established Newbury based business who are seeking an Administrator to join their head office team.
 
The role will provide key operational administration support to the business. Responsibilities will include;
 
  • Preparing reports and distributing to managers
  • Undertaking regulatory and compliance checks for new customers
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date client information is on the system
  • Updating with internal staff in relation to customer risk assessments
  • Checking and updating compliance progress
  • Communicating with customers via email and telephone
 
Our client, is seeking someone with the following skills and experience:
 
  • Prior experience in an administration or similar role
  • An enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Someone who is able to work on their own initiative
