Sheridan Maine is partnering with a dynamic London-based property business to recruit a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional looking to develop their career in a fast-paced property environment.

The Role:
As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time, and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day operations.

Your Key Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process supplier invoices and expense claims accurately and on time
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and team tasks as required

To be considered for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk, you will have/be:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
