Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a leading international business in West London that is currently seeking an Credit Controller/ Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their expanding finance team on a long term contract basis.
As Credit Controller, the main duties of this position will include:
Monitoring and chasing debts on a ledger of accounts
Sending out copy invoices and statements
Dealing with payment and invoice queries
Setting up direct debit payments
Customer accounts reconciliations
Setting up new customers on the system
Producing aged debt reporting
Reviewing and analyse data
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience of working in credit control/ accounts receivable. It is essential to have intermediate level Excel skills (look ups/ pivot tables) as well as excellent communication and problem solving skills.
The company are accessible by public transport and require someone who is able to travel to the office 4 days a week.
