Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and process weekly and monthly payrolls.
Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports.
Calculate wages, ensuring accurate deductions and adjustments.
Administer employee benefits, including SMP/SSP/SAP/SPP payments.
Respond promptly to payroll-related queries.
Maintain and update employee records accurately.
Manage pension scheme administration.
Process new starters, leavers, and amendments efficiently.
Ensure compliance with national insurance, tax, and pension regulations.
In-depth knowledge of SSP payments, tax deductions, and payroll legislation.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle queries professionally.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, meeting tight deadlines.
