An industry leading company is recruiting a Payroller to manage a number of monthly payrolls based at it's Chandlers Ford offices on a flexible hybrid working basis.
About the Role: The role would suit a Payroller with a number of years experience who is able to work on their own initiative with a solid understanding of the payroll process and up to date knowledge of current legislation.
Key Responsibilities of the Payroller:
Managing end to end monthly payroll activities for 4 payrolls.
Ensuring timely & accurate payroll reporting to the HMRC.
Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP.
Generate and create monthly payroll journals.
Overseeing all aspects of the online company expenses facility.
Reporting and analysis of payroll data.
Tax year end processes – P60s and legislation updates.
Processing of cash expenses for all employees.
Completing annual P11Ds and keeping employee benefits records.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in an end to end payroll position is essential.
Strong excel skills.
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Payroll or AAT qualifications
