Sheridan Maine is delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Associate on behalf of our client, a respected asset management organisation based in Bristol. This is a fantastic role offering hybrid working and the opportunity to join a growing team within a dynamic financial environment.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Associate include:

  • Process daily payments for trusts and trustees, including both GBP and foreign currency transactions.
  • Reconcile large client bank accounts daily, managing funds in excess of £100 million.
  • Manage deposits to maximise client interest, with quarterly interest calculations.
  • Assist with payroll for 56 employees, with future growth expected.
  • Prepare and manage company and consolidated management accounts.
  • Handle company and inter-company expenses across multiple office locations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team on quarterly fee processing and reporting.
 
The successful Finance Associate will need to possess:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of using Sage Line 50 accounting system
  • Basic knowledge of a P&L and Balance Sheet.
