Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with a leading international organisation in Oxfordshire who are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their finance department.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including:
Lead the annual stock take and perform in depth stock reconciliations.
Analyse stock variances and produce reports for senior management.
Oversee and supervise accounting staff.
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations.
P & L analysis and variance reporting.
Provide assistance with audit requirements.
Identify and streamline current accounting procedures.
Support the business with system projects and enhancements of the ERP system.
This fantastic opportunity requires an individual who has the following skills and experience:
Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA (desired).
Prior experience of staff management (essential).
Experience of using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP (essential).
Ability to analyse data and develop reporting (essential).
Strong communication skills (essential).
