Sheridan Maine are actively recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join a dynamic organisation based in North Hampshire.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and dealing with queries whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key duties of the role will include:
Answering and logging incoming and outbound customer calls
Monitoring and dealing with customer contact via live chat and email
Assist and resolve customer queries
Understand and identify customer needs
Referring customers to relevant departments when required
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
Excellent customer service background ideally from a call centre or similar environment
Able to quickly build rapport and strong customer relationships
Desire to provide outstanding customer experience
Experience of upselling / sales is desirable
Highly motivated and target driven
