Sheridan Maine are actively recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join a dynamic organisation based in North Hampshire.
 
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and dealing with queries whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
 
Key duties of the role will include:

  • Answering and logging incoming and outbound customer calls
  • Monitoring and dealing with customer contact via live chat and email
  • Assist and resolve customer queries
  • Understand and identify customer needs
  • Referring customers to relevant departments when required

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Excellent customer service background ideally from a call centre or similar environment
  • Able to quickly build rapport and strong customer relationships
  • Desire to provide outstanding customer experience
  • Experience of upselling / sales is desirable
  • Highly motivated and target driven
