We are seeking a talented and motivated Management Accountant to join our client's dynamic finance team. This role is crucial for providing insightful financial analysis, ensuring robust financial control, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
 
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
