Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with an internationally renowned media organisation that is currently looking to recruit an FP&A Manager.
 
Based at their head office in London’s West End, you will support the Head of Finance in ensuring that the organisation has a robust and stable financial framework on an ongoing basis.
 
Your responsibilities as the FP&A Manager will include:

  • Management and production of the annual budget, working closely with the Senior Financial Analyst and the management accounts team, supporting the process through consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts.
  • Manage, coach and develop two members of staff.
  • Assist the Head of Finance during the Business Planning cycle by preparing 3–5-year medium-term plans and incorporating the effects of new business initiatives. Oversee the financials for the 10-year strategic plans.
  • To provide ad-hoc analytical work across the organisation such as variance analysis, cost/benefit analysis, trend analysis etc.
  • Enhance management reporting quality, both financial and non-financial. Develop dashboards and regularly assess information relevancy by collaborating with managers and integrating data from various systems, including the core finance system.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare strong financial models and analyses for business plans.
 
To be considered for the role of FP&A Manager, you will require:
  • Full Accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACA/ ACCA) with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Management Accounts and Financial Analysis experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
