Sheridan Maine is delighted to be collaborating with an esteemed Professional Services organisation based in central London to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager.
 
As Payroll Manager, you will manage all aspects of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.  You will be responsible for building a new internal team and overseeing the implementation of processes, technology and structure of the payroll department. 
 
Your key responsibilities as the Payroll Manager will include:

  • Prepare and process payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for all payroll-related matters.
  • Keep up to date with regulation changes, reviewing for authorisation and ensuring adherence to HMRC compliance.
  • Ensure clients produce payrolls on a timely basis, meeting all deadlines.
 
To be considered for the role of Payroll Manager, you will require:
  • At least 4 years’ experience within payroll.
  • Strong ability to use and understand the flow of transactions in standalone payroll systems.
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment.
