Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic not-for-profit organisation located in central Bristol that is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Invoicing Officer.
 
As an Invoicing Officer, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring the accurate and timely management of client invoicing and debtor management. You will support the Invoicing Coordinator and collaborate with other internal teams to resolve invoice and fee queries, all while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
 
Your responsibilities as the Invoicing Officer will include:

  • Assist the Invoicing Coordinator with daily invoicing operations and processes.
  • Manage debtor accounts, ensuring timely payment and addressing overdue accounts.
  • Ensure all fees are correctly identified and fully reconciled to Sage and CRM systems.
  • Handle invoice and fee queries from clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all invoicing activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the invoicing process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
 
To be considered for the role of Invoicing Officer, you will require:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role and previous use of databases.
  • Experience of finance and/or accounting software.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
