We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconciling bank statements and ledgers.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team.
 
The successful Finance Assistant will require:
  • Proven experience in a similar finance assistant role.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
