We're thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our client's team based in Canary Wharf. This role is perfect for a Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant eager to advance within a diverse international corporation.
 
The primary objective of this position is to gather and analyse all financial information across the group's different entities. This data is pivotal in assisting the leadership team in making informed, strategic decisions for the future of the business.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:

  • Complete commissions accruals for Business Units in line with IFRS and US GAAP working closely with the Accounting Policy team.
  • Prepare expense close, contribute to commission flash by day 2, advise on variances, and forecast.
  • Reconcile monthly balance sheet subledger to Oracle GL.
  • Administer Xactly Incent system, manage monthly commission payments with diverse deadlines and currencies.
  • Assist in annual commission plan rollover, development, testing, and implementation in Xactly.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of sales channel compensation calculations and payments.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding commission plan changes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Treasury, Pricing, and IT on expense activities, currency translations, and Ericsson acquisition integration.

The successful Finance Analyst will require:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with professional experience in large or medium-sized firms.
  • Significant accounting and compensation experience.
  • Experience in accounting for international market activities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and Zuora Billing
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
