A market leading company with ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years is recruiting a Head of FP&A to support the company’s strategic aims. Managing a team of two, the key deliverables of the Head of FP&A include:
Annual budgeting process
Monthly forecasts and variance analysis
Production of relevant and timely information to the business, assessing performance against the company’s strategy and objectives
Five year strategic planning process
Identifying areas for cost improvement
Process improvement and automation
The ideal candidate for the Head of FP&A will:
Be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
Have demonstrable experience in a similar FP&A role
Have worked in a fast paced, high growth business
