As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to our client’s success.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Process invoices, staff expenses and payment requests accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and staff to address inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Support ongoing process improvements.

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
