Our client, situated in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, is currently seeking a Credit Controller to join their team. This position is centred around providing customers with efficient and effective account management services.
 
The role includes various benefits such as hybrid working (3 days remote), early Friday finish, and free parking.

Responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Ledger maintenance and collection
  • Payment posting
  • Customer record management
  • Credit and order releases
  • Interdepartmental coordination
  • Compliance with company credit policy
  • Handling new account applications
 
The successful Credit Controller will require the following skills and experience:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure
  • Prior experience or familiarity with credit control
