Are you a skilled Credit Controller seeking an opportunity to join a thriving Dorset based business? Sheridan Maine is currently working on behalf of our client to find a talented individual to join their dynamic team based near Weymouth.
As a Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's credit and collections processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Chasing outstanding debts via telephone and letter correspondence.
Reconciling accounts and identifying overdue payments.
Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing queries.
Generating customer statements and chasing letters on time.
Administering Probate queries, POA changes and small claims court work.
Producing regular reports on debtor aging and collections performance.
To be considered for the Credit Controller position, you will need:
Previous experience in a Credit Control role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
