Job Details
“Believe you can and you're halfway there.” Theodore Roosevelt. Our client, located in Tyseley, is currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This presents a great opportunity for those interested in entering the finance sector, with study support being available after probation.
While the role currently requires full-time office presence, there is potential for hybrid working arrangements in the future.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator will include, but will not be limited to:
Reconciling invoices within Xero
Conducting data entry to support business decision-making
Recording initial mileage for fleet vehicles
Identifying and flagging any irregularities
Processing payments
The successful Accounts Administrator will require the following skills and experience:
Excel proficiency
Positive attitude and proactive approach
Self-motivated
