Sheridan Maine is partnering with an established organisation in Weston-Super-Mare to find a dynamic and experienced Management Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in management accounting, possessing either a Level 4 AAT qualification or being part qualified ACCA/CIMA. The successful candidate must be willing and able to step up into a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
This position requires being onsite 5 days a week.
 
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include, but will not be limited to:

• Support with the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Assist with consolidating Group accounts.
• Contribute to the annual preparation of budgets and year-end accounts.
• Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency within the accounts processes.

• Management and Project Accounting experience is preferred
• Good understanding of industry KPIs and able to interpret management accounts to identify areas of improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
