Sheridan Maine is delighted to represent our esteemed client, a vibrant organisation based in Bristol, in their search for a talented and motivated Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to play a key role in driving business performance and contributing to strategic decision-making.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

• Develop and maintain operational relationships whilst enhancing financial awareness and ownership of business/departmental performance.
• Provide proactive, self-driven value-add analysis to influence decision-making and drive business performance.
• Focus on identifying and capitalising on areas of opportunity for growth and efficiency.
• Contribute to KPI reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.
• Ensure regular financial and operational information is distributed to stakeholders.
• Assist with any acquisitions e.g. due diligence and operational integration.
• Conduct financial auditing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Prepare and obtain information to build the annual budgets and forecasting.
• Support finance contribution to Divisional board meetings and senior team reviews.

• Qualified accountant with recognised professional certification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role, ideally within fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Passionate about driving business change and adding value.
