Sheridan Maine are managing a unique opportunity for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a multi-site international organisation, which has seen ongoing growth over the past few years. This role will be to provide a management accounting service for this diverse Manufacturing company across their various sites and countries.
 
The position is based near Bournemouth and will report to the Financial Controller.  As Management Accountant, you will manage the monthly management accounting cycle within given timescales. Provide effective support to the core members of the Finance Team, within the set financial controls and procedures.

Your key responsibilities as Management Accountant will include:

• Monthly reporting of financial performance.
• Manage year end accounts process.
• Completing VAT and statutory returns.
• Intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet review.
• Management and liaison with auditors.
• Forecasting and budgeting. 

• You will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), with relevant experience gained in a manufacturing environment and the ability to demonstrate competence to successfully carry out the requirements of the role.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the proven ability to influence senior staff members.
