Sheridan Maine is working with a dynamic and growing firm based in Bristol to recruit a motivated and skilled Credit Controller.
 
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our credit control processes. You will be responsible for ensuring timely payment from clients, minimising outstanding debts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities of the Credit Controller include:

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Helping to resolve queries and disputes in a professional and confident manner.
• Ensure all systems are updated accordingly with all relevant information.
• Responsible for negotiating payment plans with customer.

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
