A FTSE-listed company, with its group headquarters situated in central London, is currently seeking an Internal Controls Manager for an initial interim assignment of approximately three months, falling within IR35 regulations.

The key deliverables for the Internal Controls Manager include:-

• Programme management of the internal control roadmap
• Delivering control enhancements
• Providing second line of defence assurance of financial controls
• Owning the Document of Controls, including monitoring of identified actions

The preferred candidate should possess a demonstrated track record in financial controls, acquired through substantial experience in prominent corporate settings. Additionally, the ability to commute to central London a minimum of three days per week is essential, with occasional travel to various office locations throughout the UK.
