This is a unique opportunity for a qualified and experienced accountant to take on a pivotal role, contributing to the financial success of an esteemed and expanding business.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

• Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with business units to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and drive financial performance.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Provide financial leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience working at group level.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
