This role which acts as Number One in the UK for Finance involves overseeing the finance function for a dynamic £80 million UK manufacturing business, with additional responsibilities encompassing the management of two European subsidiaries.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a broad role which oversees a finance team of 10, with dotted lines also from European subsidiaries. Responsibilities span substantial commercial input and stakeholder partnering, cost control, team leadership and development, oversight of reporting processes to group, budgeting and forecasting, and management of relationships (banks, auditors, etc.).
