A large business with a UK office near Portsmouth is recruiting a Financial Accountant to work with the Financial Accounting Manager focusing on best practice, process improvement and financial controls. 

The main responsibilities of the Financial Accountant include:-
 

• Providing technical advice and support to the business.
• Aiding in the development of accounting policies and financial controls.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations.
• Collaborating across finance and the business on best practice initiatives.
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.

The company offer hybrid working of 2 days office / 3 days home working and is easily accessible by road and public transport.
