Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator will include:
The successful Finance Administrator will require the following skills and experience:
- Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Handle employee expense claims, verify receipts, and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Input financial data into relevant systems and maintain organised records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
