Responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
You will play a pivotal role in propelling the Product & Commercial Team forward. Your strategic foresight will not only shape the product offerings but also elevate the customer's investment journey. Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Excels in hands-on management, optimising product availability, pricing, and efficiency
  • Actively engages in product selection, ensuring alignment with our market objectives
  • Leads initiatives for cost reductions and process efficiencies to provide outstanding customer value

  • Promotes commercial awareness throughout the organisation, steering growth through well-informed decision-making

The successful Commercial Finance Manager will require the following skills and experience:

  • Preferred background in E-commerce, trading, or fintech
  • Proficient in Excel and skilled in data modelling
  • Understanding of pricing strategies with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Leadership experience in commercial or product management is desirable
  • Robust commercial insight with a keen interest in economics and investment
  • Proactive leadership skills
  • Showcases exceptional communication skills, adept at persuading stakeholders and selling ideas
  • Excels under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
  • Boasts a proven track record of mentoring and nurturing teams
