Sheridan Maine are excited to be working with a leading organisation based in North Hampshire who are recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role will provide vital support to the Financial Controller, ensuring timely and accurate management accounts and the facilitation of financial budgets and forecasting.
 
The client is seeking a qualified or part qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA candidate who has a background in financial analysis and providing commercial finance support to stakeholders across a range of business areas.
 
Primary duties of the Senior Management Accountant will include:

  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Profit and Loss review and analysis
  • Leading the budget and forecasting process
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors
  • Produce and develop financial analysis and reporting
  • Liaise with department heads to discuss financial performance
  • Provide ongoing mentoring support to junior team members
 
This fantastic role requires an individual with extensive management accounts experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to build rapport and present to senior managers. Advanced Excel skills are preferred and the successful candidate will have the capability to meet deadlines and enjoy working as part of a friendly and motivated team.
