Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with an international business that offers industry leading innovation. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly team to assist the business with minimising outstanding debt.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain outstanding debts
- Allocating cash of multiple currencies
- Resolving customer queries
- Reporting on aged debt
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Performing credit checks and setting limits
This role requires a candidate with previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable and has good working knowledge of IT systems including Excel. European languages would be a bonus but not essential.
The company offer remote/ hybrid working with occasional travel to the offices. Car parking is available onsite.
