We have an exciting opening for a Senior Pricing and FP&A Manager to join our client’s team. This well-established company is a prominent leader within the British certification sector, boasting a presence in 27 countries and holding around 30,000 active certificates, all accredited internationally. The role can be based in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, or Central London.
 
This role involves overseeing the company’s annual product pricing review, assisting the Analytics Team and Head of FP&A in executing the Group's strategy and budgeting, and collaborating with key stakeholders to meet commercial targets.
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing and FP&A Manager include but not limited to:
 
Planning:

  • Lead annual product pricing review with key stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Implement data-driven pricing optimisation, proposing continuous improvements
  • Conduct regular product performance reviews with the Head of FP&A
 
Delivering:
  • Implement best practices for pricing and margin improvement
  • Establish a pricing structure for Group-wide product reviews
  • Utilise BI tools for revenue prediction
 
Reporting:
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for their products
  • Maintain financial models and monitor KPIs
  • Communicate KPI impact to stakeholders.
 
Resourcing:
  • Lead and develop the analytics team
  • Collaborate with Technology and BI teams to enhance data coverage and visibility across tech platforms
 
The successful Senior Pricing and FP&A Manager will require the following skills and experience:
 
  • Analytical and inquisitive
  • Understanding of the trade-offs of pricing ideally in a retention-led environment and how incentives and reporting can deliver executable pricing plans
  • Collaborative across teams and engages with stakeholders across the business to build relationships
  • A natural leader
 
This position will follow a hybrid work model, requiring 1-2 days in the office.
